Sevenoaks Plans celebrating 10 years of success. This July, we opened our doors to connections and friends to help us celebrate the last 10 years, with a glass of bubbly.
With ambitious plans for 2023, we have solidified our reputation as one of the most respected architectural firms in the region and under the guidance of directors David and Fiona, Sevenoaks Plans has evolved from a single-person enterprise to a thriving company boasting a diverse team of professionals. Comprising of architects, a marketing consultant, architectural technicians, architectural technologists, and project managers, the firm now employs ten staff members.
Our Achievements
In our commitment to providing an unparalleled experience to clients, we recently unveiled a cutting-edge Virtual Reality (VR) suite. This innovative facility enables clients to immerse themselves in the architectural designs, allowing them to explore both the interior and exterior aspects of their future projects with exceptional clarity.
Recognizing the need for reliable contractors in the area, we expanded our services by establishing Sevenoaks Plans and Development, a construction and development team. This strategic move has addressed the issue of contractor reliability, and the new division has experienced rapid growth, currently employing over 20 skilled professionals across various trades.
Renowned for our award-winning end-to-end service and personalized approach, Sevenoaks Plans has achieved significant growth in the past 18 months and successfully navigated the challenges posed by the pandemic.
What’s next
By engaging in all aspects of the architectural process, from concept to delivery, Sevenoaks Plans fosters
strong relationships with our clients. This holistic approach enables us to provide a more personal touch, guiding clients throughout their entire journey. With our sights set on expansion throughout the South East, Sevenoaks Plans seeks to attract passionate and skilled professionals while nurturing the next generation of town planners and architects.
Reflecting on the firm’s growth and achievements, David expressed his pride in the diverse and talented team
we have built: “I’m proud of the strong local bilingual team we’ve built, including an all-female team of three
architects; that was not a conscious decision, they are talented and here on merit, which again shows how this
has opened up as a career given it was previously so male-dominated.” Acknowledging the contributions made by the local community and our collaboration on numerous projects across Kent and the UK, David extended his gratitude: “From our efforts in the local community to the part we have played in the construction of so many projects, I would like to thank everyone we have worked with over the last 10 years – here’s to the next 10!
