Fiona is not only our Office Manager but is often referred to, as the CEO (Chief Events Organiser). She loves nothing more than organising events, both inside and outside of the office! She loves the buzz in the Sevenoaks Plans office and the creativity that surrounds her. She enjoys creating ideas for our social media content and also oversees the marketing for the company.
David Dennis
Director
David graduated from Bournemouth University with a degree in Engineering and Project Management. In the following years, he worked as a project manager for architecture and construction firms in both London and Melbourne.
After completing the rollout of newly-refurbished stores for a highly respected retail company, David moved into freelancing as a well-respected project manager.
He worked throughout London and the South-East for various architects, construction companies, and engineers, before deciding to set up his own architectural practice in Sevenoaks, a town and community he holds close to his heart.
David was so helpful from the first telephone consultation. He listened very carefully to my ideas. At our next meeting he presented these plans but more importantly also presented an alternative scheme of his own design. The team's ideas were so superior that we never looked at my scheme seriously again.
Helga Visalli
Design Director (RIBA+ARB)
Helga graduated in Architecture from the University of Reggio Calabria (Italy) in 2007. She immediately started her career within an office of architecture and urban planning in Italy where she worked on the preservation, restoration and rehabilitation of historical buildings.
At the same time, she has worked for private clients on projects including the renovation of houses, interior design and the concept layout of shops.
Her creativity, passion for design and a continuing search to develop her skills, brought her to the UK. Member of ARB UK (Architects Registration Board) since 2016, Helga is working with Sevenoaks Plans; sharing her extensive experience and knowledge to develop ideas that reflect the needs of our different clients. Helga brings her detailed and creative Italian concept ideas to life and shares her unique design experience to life to our clients projects whether it is on the initial design or with the final interior design.
