New-build homes
Our new-build work ranges from individual homes on existing plots to replacement dwellings and small residential developments. Each starts with understanding the site, its setting, planning context and the opportunities it presents, before developing the architectural approach.
Crawshay Close, Sevenoaks
A sustainable new-build home on land formerly part of a large residential garden. Constructed using Insulating Concrete Forms (ICF), the property combines exceptional insulation and airtightness with solar panels and an air-source heat pump to significantly reduce energy consumption.
Achieving an EPC rating of A+, Crawshay Close is an excellent example of how thoughtful architectural design and modern construction methods can create a high-performing, energy-efficient home.
Pilgrim’s Way, near Westerham
Starting with a blank canvas, this project involved replacing the former property with a substantial new-build family home. Designed around contemporary family living, the finished home includes generous open-plan spaces, four bedrooms, a home gym and wine room.
Wood Lane, Kent
For this project, we demolished a tired detached house with a garage and, in its place, built two 4-bedroom homes. They are finished to a high quality and feature open plan living leading onto the garden downstairs and a master suite with a dressing room in the roof.
Oakdene Road, Sevenoaks
Demolition of a 2-bed bungalow, redesigned into a 4-bed home with a games room, garage, kitchen/diner and lounge.
Wickenden Road, Sevenoaks
A garage was demolished and a spacious three bedroom home was built.
