David listened to what we wanted and made some helpful comments and suggestions - as a result the final drawings were exactly what we had been imagining for the previous 5 years!

A complete modernisation and extension of a 140 year old house in a conversation area whilst keeping the original character. We had a number of problems applying for planning permission via Sevenoaks Council, endless emails requesting, what appeared to us as irrelevant information. In the end, we turned to Sevenoaks Plans for their help - from the very start they were extremely professional and incredibly helpful, they were able to prevent us from entering into further unnecessary expenditure with Sevenoaks Council.
