We appointed Dave to help us with the planning of a large extension project - the service we received was fantastic! Dave listened to what we wanted and made some helpful comments and suggestions - as a result the final drawings were exactly what we had been imagining for the previous 5 years! He also guided us through the tricky processes of planning permission, structural engineering and building control using his network of equally good contacts, as well as taking responsibility for more minor issues such as the build-over permission for our drains! But the nicest part of the whole experience? At all times Dave was very easy to communicate with, prompt at meetings and with deliverables, and professional - we would certainly recommend him!
