Our talented team at Sevenoaks Plans have a wide range of experience to support the creation of your dream home.
David Graduated from Bournemouth University after studying Engineering and Project Management. David worked in Bournemouth for twelve months and then moved to Australia where he spent his time working for an architects in Melbourne.
David then moved back to London where he freelanced as project manager for MACE where he ran a large project for a refurbishment for Barclays and ran a team of technicians, site managers and design managers as well as meeting with Barclays to ensure the projects ran extremely well. He then moved to an architects in London where he ran a nationwide rollout of a highly respected retail company, who were redesigning and refurbishing the stores.
Following completion of the rollout, David freelanced in London and the south east for various architects, construction companies and engineers, before eventually deciding to set up a practice within Sevenoaks, a town and community he holds closely to his heart and knows extremely well.
Helga graduated in Architecture from the University of Reggio Calabria (Italy) in 2007. She immediately started her career collaborating, with an office of architecture and urban planning in Italy – a collaboration that lasted seven years.
During this period, she worked on the preservation, restoration and rehabilitation of historical buildings; as well as drafting and planning regulations for the development of a number of municipal structural plans.
At the same time, she worked for private clients on projects including the renovation of houses, interior design and the concept layout of shops.
Her creativity, passion for design and a continuing search to develop her skills, have brought her to the UK. She now works with Sevenoaks Plans, sharing her extensive experience and knowledge to develop ideas that reflect the needs of our different clients.
Isabella moved to the UK after graduating with honours, achieving a master’s degree in Architectural Conservation at the Faculty of Architecture, IUAV in Venice 2012.
She started her career working for some of the most recognised world leaders in Interior design. Through her different employments she gained extensive workplace and residential experience. Isabella has had the opportunity to work on high end projects in the UK and Ireland acquiring technical understanding of bespoke products and creative space planning.
With a keen eye for beautiful pieces of furniture, she developed a professional approach consulting clients to determine requirements, preferences and best use of space.
Ana is an Architectural Technician, who began her studies in Spain. As a follower of fashion and design, her curiosity and desire to continue to expand her knowledge and experience led her to London.
